The products we build are always use case-led, so we have a clear vision in mind and a clear metric (or three) to target. This drives the decisions we make with our clients on what data inputs we use, what features are built and what functionality does and does not make it into the final product. Many of our clients come to us having experimented first with LLMs or SaaS tools that are great at facilitating AI experimentation, but did not achieve tangible results for their use cases.
