Invented and popularized by Google Venture, design sprints are proving themselves as great ideation and validation activity (two main pros: speed and efficiency) + they are a great introduction to the methodologies of Design Thinking and Lean Startup. All you need is 5 days to come up with a minimum viable product. Get a room and get a team together during 5 days to come up with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for the problem you are tackling – and that your company is trying to tackle since 2 years. You don’t have quite enough time? Consider the option of a 3-day sprint.
