Client: Streetbeat
Industry: Financial services / AI platform
Engagement: 5 weeks
Outcome: Defined U.S. market entry wedge and expansion path
Context Streetbeat built a dynamic AI platform for financial professionals. It already managed $240B+ in assets across Europe; so the U.S. was the obvious next step. However, U.S. institutional buyers don’t readily adopt broad platforms. Rather, they prefer to start with one entry point they already trust.
ChallengeStreetbeat had the technology and the track record. But the category is crowded: every AI platform claims the same accuracy and scale. Additionally, buyers choose on proof and governance. So without a defined entry wedge, a narrow use case that earns trust fast, Streetbeat risked the same fate as its competitors: strong technology, no first partner.
InterventionWe defined Streetbeat’s entry wedge at the intersection of what their customers need, what they’re willing to pay for to alleviate, and what Streetbeat is uniquely positioned to solve – resulting in a phased land-and-expand path that the sales team can take to market as a cohesive motion, earning trust and building proof along the way.

OutcomesStreetbeat now has a defined path into the U.S. market. Sales has a sharper story, backed by credibility instead of claims, and a wedge designed to land the first partner. From there, the expansion path takes that single partner to full platform adoption.
